The Floodgates of Heaven: A Vision of Living Water
Around the corner from the church, atop the hill, the water tower stands—silent, steady, waiting. But in the Spirit, I see it transformed: no longer just steel and pressure, but a divine reservoir, trembling with the weight of glory. For God is about to open the floodgates of heaven and pour out His Spirit like rivers of living water—not a trickle, not a stream, but a rushing, roaring deluge of grace!
It will flow down the hillside, through every street, into every home—not with the force of destruction, but with tenderness and urgency. It will run through backyards and front porches, into kitchens where weary souls sit in silence, into bedrooms where the sick have cried out for relief, into living rooms where families ache for peace. This water will not discriminate; it will seek the lost, revive the broken, and awaken the dormant.
Down, down it will go—into the valley, the base of the hill, where hope has grown dry, where hearts have become hard ground. But watch! Where the water flows, the desert will bloom. The cracked earth of addiction will soften; the barren places of unbelief will sprout new life. The Spirit’s current will carve a highway of holiness through this wilderness, and all who step into its flow will find their burdens lifted, their chains broken, their sins washed away.
And then—oh, then—it will spread, beyond our streets, beyond our town, rushing into the surrounding communities like a tidal wave of salvation. The water tower on the hill is just a shadow of what’s coming. For the real source is the throne of God, and He has declared: “Behold, I will do a new thing!” (Isaiah 43:19). So lift your eyes, open your hands, and prepare—the flood is coming. The drought is over. The season of outpouring has begun."
"If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” (John 7:37-38)
